EMANI EZ exchange return policy allows you to exchange or return your opened items within 30 days of purchase for a money-back guarantee* (shipping costs are non-refundable)

To initiate a return or exchange please email support @emani.com for a Return or Exchange Form. If you find you've ordered the wrong shade we welcome exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will ship your shade exchange for free via USPS. Please allow 2-4 weeks from shipping date for your credit card to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to be reflected on your credit card statement.

Damage Products:

Products that were damaged or shipped incorrectly will be replaced with an identical product; however you MUST make these claims within 7 days from receipt of products.
Please insure returns to assure that they successfully arrive back to us. Shipping fees for returns, exchanges, and damaged products are not eligible for refund.

Out of Stock Products:
All products are normally in stock. Occasionally some items may be temporarily back-ordered. The entire order will be processed and shipped when back-ordered items become available. You will be notified of these changes by phone or email.
All credit card purchases will be issued a refund to the credit card used.
